Questions about plans

What counts as an event?

A pageview, or a custom event you send from your site (a signup, a purchase). Time-on-page reports are not events and are not counted. Traffic from crawlers is dropped before counting.

What happens when I go over?

Nothing, at first: we keep collecting and tell the administrators by email. If the organization is still over a week later, the dashboard shows a notice in place of the reports until the plan is upgraded or the month turns. Every event collected in the meantime is there when it reopens.

Can I change or cancel?

Any time, from the billing page. Cancelling keeps the plan until the end of what was paid for, then drops to Free. Your sites and data stay; what changes is how much more can be added.

Do you charge tax?

Prices are as shown; payment is through Stripe, and the receipt comes from them.

Is there an annual plan?

Not yet. Ask at [email protected] and it moves up the list.
